Superfast Upgrade – some issues resolved, new still occuring

Some issues encountered with Superfast upgrade orders involving cabinet 7 have been resolved over the last two weeks, although there are still issues unresolved and new ones being reported.

It appears BT-OpenReach and their contractors are slowly working through the problems with cabinet 7, so please be patient but please keep pushing and checking with your ISPs. Most ISPs are reasonably assuming that the activation was successful, so appear to be relying on you to contact them when you are not activated. Don’t wait a couple of days either – the fault appears to be reclassified so that rather than an activation failure, it is classified as a new fault which takes less priority and you get pushed to the back of the queue again.
